The Mailroom module is a centralized solution for capturing the details of documents of both inbound and outbound activity. The flow of the document from one end to the other is tracked in this application. This includes vendor management, such as capturing the courier contract and updating the delivery details of the service provider. Mailroom Management generates the delivery sheet and the required alerts via email and SMS. Our software helps organizations save costs and time while creating greater efficiency and resource allocation.

• Return Mail Management - Capture return shipment on a daily basis & intimate the concern department, the client can decide to initiate the process of acquiring the new address from the end customer or decide to stop shipping to these customers & save cost.

Solution for digitising the details of the immovable and movable assets and then setting up an automated platform to update the status of these assets by respective departments.
